第3弾「とうほうゆめじくう」。アーケードゲーム『ティンクルスタースプライツ』のシステムを借用した対戦型シューティングゲームである。本作と同様に『ティンクルスタースプライツ』からシステムを借用した東方Project作品に、『花映塚』（2005年）、『獣王園』（2023年）がある。ストーリーモードでは、性能の異なる複数の機体から自機を選び、全9面からなるステージをクリアするとエンディングとなる。 ZUNによれば、販売数は『東方幻想郷』の半分以下であるという。
